Code of Ethics

Our Code of Ethics sets out a number of corporate ethics principles that govern company activity through rules of conduct.

Effegi regards compliance with the laws and regulations in force in every country where it operates as an essential principle. In order to uphold and promote that principle in the conduct of company business, the Company has therefore adopted a Corporate Code of Ethics.

This Code of Ethics is an official document of EFFEGI S.r.l. setting out a number of “corporate ethics” principles that govern company activity through rules of conduct.

In general terms, the Code sets out the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Company towards its stakeholders (employees, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, public authorities, shareholders, the financial market and so on). EFFEGI S.r.l. has established a disciplinary system to penalise any failure to comply with the measures set out in this Code of Ethics, in the organisation and control model adopted pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01, and in the Company Quality Management System.

The rules of the Code of Ethics apply to the directors, employees, associates and consultants of EFFEGI S.r.l. and to anyone acting in the interests of the Company.

All of the above are defined as recipients and are required to acknowledge this document.
