Our hydrodynamic cleaners use KINETIC ENERGY from jets of water with up to 3,000 bars of pressure produced by volumetric pumps.
EFFEGI S.r.l’s high-pressure water pumps are permanently mounted on trucks and all feature technology to make them fully automated, such as a hydraulic power unit for controlling the robotic systems, an air tank for the water, 24V power points and an air compressor.
The water jets, distributed at very high pressure and directed either manually or using robotic systems, are used for the unblocking, descaling and cleaning of:
- tube bundles, either disassembled or in situ;
- columns, receptacles, unit heaters, filters, shafts, tanks and other operational equipment;
- tubes and conduits;
EFFEGI S.r.l. also uses high-pressure jet technology for the following services:
- removal of plastic coatings from metals (cold stripping);
- cold cutting of metals, combining the jet of water with non-sparking abrasives;
- cutting of reinforced concrete structures;
- hydro-scarification and hydroemolition of concrete products
